This event will feature a wide variety of handmade crafts and unique items created by talented local vendors. Come and discover one-of-a-kind treasures while supporting the Sierra Vista Community Chorus!

Don’t miss your chance to win incredible raffle baskets filled with items generously donated by our vendors. Each item has a minimum retail value of $25, ensuring an exciting selection of prizes.

• Registration: No space will be reserved until your Registration Application and payment are received.
• Item Approval: Vendors must only sell approved items listed on their registration form, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection for shoppers.
• Handmade Creations Only: All items for sale must be created by the vendor.
• Professionalism: Dress is business casual, and we expect a professional demeanor from all participants.

• Friday, March 21st: 5 PM–7 PM
• Saturday, March 22nd: 8 AM–10 AM

Tables (if requested) and chairs will be provided. Tables must be covered to the floor for a polished presentation.

After unloading your items, please move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area south of the church. This ensures plenty of parking for customers and church members. All vendor vehicles must be moved by 10:00 AM Saturday.

• Vendors may not pack up early without permission from event coordinators.
• Sierra Vista Community Chorus, St. Andrew’s Church, Diocese of Tucson, or Catholic Community Services assume no responsibility for loss of items or personal injury.

Fees vary by space size and location. If you cannot attend after registering, refunds will only be issued if a vendor from the waiting list takes your place.

By registering, you agree to allow your name or business name to be used in event advertising.
